I have been getting feedback from foster families that they have to have the "code number" that came in their letter when they call. Was this the case? It was hard because if the call came while they were in their car or away from home they did not have the number and could not participate.
Hmmmm... Interesting. When we received the call, the gal on the phone didn't ask for a 'code number'... The only reason I remember is because the paper was in a stack of papers and she said to just throw it away when I found it. She then proceeded to ask me the survey questions.
Yes I received a form in the mail and also a phone call about 3 weeks ago.

ReplyDeleteGood to know. I wonder if it depends on who the surveyor is?
